Dr. Nelson joined us in August 2021 after completing his Family Medicine Residency here in North Platte and is now taking appointments and new patients.  Dr. Nelson has extensive experience in Chiropractics as prior to returning to medical school he was a practicing chiropractor

COVID 19 Updates

As with most other places we have changes in place due to the Pandemic COVID 19 virus. 

 

At this time we can not and will not accept walk-in appointments.  All patients that are being seen need to be properly screened on the phone prior to entering the building so it is expected that to be seen or to schedule an appointment you will need to call us at 534-2532 to get screened for your appointment.  If you show up without being screened you will be asked to leave the building immediately. 

Although we have adjusted our hours and are no longer open after 5 PM we are still open and seeing/evaluating patients in the office after they have passed a phone screening.  We are also making available telehealth visits preferably via computer/smart phone with video and audio access however if you do not have access to this method we are doing phone consultations as well.  To avoid exposure, we are only seeing acutely ill patients in the later part of the afternoons.

We ask that you please bear with us through this, things are changing rapidly and we will try to update as things change. Please continue to be safe, avoid group gatherings and protect yourselves by avoiding those who are sick.  We are asking those that are having symptoms to immediately self isolate to protect further spread of this virus and asking that all people follow current recommendations by the CDC, local, state and national government.  Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.

We are now able to test individuals with on site Rapid testing process that provides results in roughly 15 minutes.  If you have concerns about contact or are having symptoms and desire to be tested please call 308-534-2532 to schedule an appointment for testing.
