Midlands Patient Portal |

The Patient Portal is a new service that we are now providing for our patients. This service allows you to log in through a secure portal to view many different parts of you medical chart from our Electronic Medical Record including your lab results, and your medications. Here, you can add or change medications that you may be placed on by other providers to help us keep your medication list current and accurate. This also allows us to provide you with reminders of when you may be due or overdue for certain preventative or diagnostic medical tests.
There is no software to download, and none of your medical record will be accessible outside of the secure environment that it is hosted in.
